Target Market: We cater to households with a combined income ranging from R1 850.00 to R22,000.00 per month. Our focus is on creating inclusive communities where individuals and families can thrive.

Our Offerings:

  • Affordable Rental Schemes: Our rental schemes caters for applicants with combined household income that ranges between R1 850.00 – R 22 000.00.

  • Our basic project requirements and application per project:
    1. Minimum 30 % of the units will be allocated to the prime target market (Households earning R 1850.00 – R 6 700 per month) up to a maximum of 70% of the units.
    2. The secondary target market (households earning between R6701 – R 22 000 per month) will occupy the difference or remaining units.
